Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Crypto Token Generator at app.cryptoreceh.com. Please read them carefully before connecting a wallet or submitting a blockchain transaction.

Effective date: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Crypto Token Generator (“Platform” or “Service”), including connecting a wallet, configuring a token, or initiating a transaction, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to your use of the website and its interface. Additional terms may apply to specific features and will be presented where relevant.

2. Description of the Service

Crypto RECEH provides a web interface intended to help users configure and initiate token deployment through supported blockchain networks. The available networks, token options, fees, and workflows may vary and are those displayed in the live application at the time of use.

The Platform is a technical tool. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Crypto RECEH does not act as your broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or representative, and does not decide which token you should create or transact with.

Network availability: A network mentioned in educational materials is not necessarily enabled for token creation in the live app. Confirm the actual network selector and transaction details before proceeding.

3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and your use is permitted by the laws and regulations applicable to you. You are responsible for determining whether creating, deploying, promoting, holding, or transferring a token is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable sanctions, restrictions, or other legal requirements. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

4. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions

  • You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, recovery phrase, device security, and wallet software.
  • Crypto RECEH does not ask you to disclose your seed phrase or private key. Never share them with anyone.
  • You are responsible for checking the connected wallet address, selected network, token parameters, destination addresses, and transaction details before signing.
  • Transactions are submitted and processed by the relevant blockchain and may be irreversible once confirmed. Crypto RECEH generally cannot cancel, reverse, or recover an on-chain transaction.
  • Wallet providers and blockchain networks may impose their own terms, fees, limits, and technical requirements.

5. Tokens You Create and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the token you configure or deploy, including its name, symbol, supply, settings, distribution, promotion, and any claims you make about it. You must ensure that token names, logos, metadata, and other content do not infringe third-party rights or mislead others.

Creating a token does not guarantee that it will have value, utility, liquidity, trading volume, visibility on third-party services, or be listed on any exchange or aggregator. You are responsible for any disclosures and obligations that apply to your token and its distribution.

6. Fees and Payments

Any Platform service fee shown before an action is the fee applicable to that action, subject to the information displayed at the time. Blockchain network fees (“gas fees”) are determined by the relevant network and may change with network conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, network fees are paid to the blockchain network or its participants, not to Crypto RECEH. Review the total amount requested by the app and your wallet before approving. If a fee, payment, or refund condition is not clearly stated for a particular feature, contact support before proceeding.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • conduct fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity;
  • impersonate a person, organization, or project, or create deceptive token information;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the Platform, or interfere with other users;
  • circumvent technical safeguards, abuse automated access, or use the Service in a way that could impair its operation.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Blockchain Risks; No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Digital assets and blockchain technology involve substantial risks, including price volatility, loss of funds, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network outages, congestion, protocol changes, wallet failures, and regulatory uncertainty. You may lose some or all assets or funds involved.

Information on the Platform is for general technical and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and is not a recommendation to create, buy, sell, hold, or promote any token. Consider obtaining independent advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Services and Networks

The Service may rely on or link to third-party wallets, blockchain networks, explorers, RPC providers, analytics tools, or other services. These are operated independently and may have separate terms, privacy practices, outages, or errors. Crypto RECEH does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or their content.

Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Verify that you are using the correct official website or application before connecting a wallet or signing a transaction.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including supported networks and features, at any time. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or blockchain conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform’s website, design, branding, and original content are owned by Crypto RECEH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

You retain responsibility for content and token information you submit or create, and you represent that you have the rights needed to use them.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, remain available, or be free from errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto RECEH and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, tokens, funds, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service, including blockchain transactions, wallet actions, third-party services, or token performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights, if any, remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted subject to applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory legal provisions that apply to you remain in force. Where legally permitted, disputes should first be raised with us using the contact details below so the parties can attempt to resolve them informally.

Note: This page is a general Terms of Service draft and does not specify a registered legal entity, business address, or a definitive governing-law jurisdiction. Those details should be confirmed and reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.
